Reduced charges of LT-32

I am starting to notice that guys that are competing in 100-200 yrd bench rest completion shooting lt-32 are shooting lighter charges of it than they were using in the spring is it because of the rise in tempeture and humidity??

I'd be interested to know also. I have shot this a lot in my .223's over a chrono and some in a 6PPC in temps ranging from 65 to 95 degrees (always low humidity) and have experienced lower temp-induced velocity variations than my usual favorites - being IMR8208XBR, N130 and H322. I would not expect to tweak the Lt powder any more than the others - Always good to get input from a lot of people on this type of subject.
