From what I can tell the 2 on the left should be for 223(has the rear spacer in them). The other one could be for a 22-250 since it comes with a factory 22-250 barrel.

Yes I agree, it looks like 2 .223 (.20 practical) mags on the left and the one on the right looks like 22-250, .243, .308 sized cartridges.
The factory barrel in the pic is a 22-250.
