Redding Reloading

I had a problem with a bent pin in my Redding Decapping Die. Sent an email enquiry to Redding over the Xmas break. Whoa. Got an immediate and very helpful reply from a Chris Fox.Out of the blue within a matter of days to New Zealand I got a new assembly.[wait for it .... no charge] Whilst a Redding fan i.e. all our gear is Redding this was spectacular service.Santa must work ovet the Xmas holidays and at Redding. Thanks a million Chris you are da man.

Yep, I remember when I called Redding with something I broke from my own negligence.
I remember the shock when they told me "no charge its on its way"

I've always used a lot of Redding dies for various rifles because they've always produced excellent accuracy for me.

But this time I was looking for a set of 338-375 Ruger dies for a new rifle I'm building. Pretty rare and I was beginning to think they would be impossible to find. So after days of searching and calling people, I finally called Redding to see if they happened to have a print for that cartridge and they could perhaps build me a set.

Talked to Chris as well, and he actually had a set IN STOCK! Couldn't believe it. Super nice guy. He put them on hold for me while I sent him a money order because they don't take credit cards over the phone. Sent the die set back to me Priority Mail.

That was the only time I have ever called them and it was a Great experience for me too. Very pleased.
