Redding Customer Service

So I had a .260 Remington rebarreled to .260 improved 40* and bought a set of Redding type s match full length dies. Long story short the sizer wasn't sizing the cases so I called them and they said to send in the die with four fired cases. I sent the die Monday and they got it Tuesday. They checked it and it was out of spec. It's Friday and I got my replacement die today no charge and no questions asked. That's great customer service.
 
Lost my de-caping pin from 6mm dasherS bushing full sizing die. Called Redding customer service, to purchase a replacement pin. They sent out 4 replacement pins that afternoon... No charge !! Yep.. That is great customer service.
 
I shoot a 45-70 single shot with long heavy bullets. The normal Redding seating punch is a long one for short bullets for the 95 Marlin I guess.
I called them about it and they sent me a short punch at no charge. I had a set of 30-20 dies intended for use with .308 bullets with a .32-20 case.
They sent me a .310 expander to use with the larger .311 and .312 bullets. Again all it cost me was the time to make a phone call.
