Redding carbide 223 sizing die

I'm thinking about a new 223 FL sizing die, currently I have a handed down to me RCBS. Would there be any advantage to a carbide die? I hunt, shoot informal targets, occasional pd trip(which is my real only high volume shooting).

Dillon specifies that their carbide rifle dies are intended for professional use - commercial reloading, and other instances where a very high volume of brass is processed. Carbide rifle dies still require case lube, and unless I was loading for multiple belt-fed machine guns, I think I'd stick with plain old steel dies.
