I have this new die set and am not sure what it is meant for. I bought it by accident. I am assuming it has 2 full length sizing dies and a crimp did...maybe one is .0001 smaller then the other? Anyone know how to use these or their purpose?
Its just a 308win neck die set. The 307win is a 308 that is rimmed with some internal differences and bullet restrictions for tube mags. That why Redding is calling out a #1 and #2 shell holder. Well that's my understanding anyway.
Best of luck,

^^This^^. The dies can be used to reload either the very common .308 Winchester or the (now virtually nonexistent) .307 Winchester cartridge for the Winchester M94 lever action rifle. The cartridges require different shell holders. You will find that the same situation exists for the .358 and .356 Winchester cartridges, for the same reason.
Did you mean to get 308 win neck-sizing die set? If so, keep it; it'll do just that. It also happens that the 307 Win is the same case but with a rim, so Redding is trying to cover their bases and label the die uses appropriately.
If you need to Full-length size a 308 win, you'll need another die for that 91155 should do nicely. Notice that it's a dual purpose die as well, for reasons previously explained.
