I have had bad luck with my RCBS Chargemaster after a year and a half. It was out of warranty and RCBS told me essentially "Tough Luck".
I am unwilling (at this time) to go with the Canadian scale and auto trickler. I took a chance on the Redding #2 scale and am pleased.
I still have to dispense with the Chargemaster and then hand trickle. What I found was that the Chargemaster was regularly under throwing by .1 to .2 gr. (if the Redding is accurate). I just ordered a set of weights to verify, more less, that this is correct. It is a sensitive scale and the pointer moves with a single kernel of Varget.
