Recommended Charge for .223 Everglades FMJ bullets

I ordered some bulk bullets simply for plinking. .223 Everglades 55 gr. FMJ version 1 bullets. I'm a little new to reloading, so I'm not sure if I should use a powder charge to a similar bullet like a Hornady 55 gr. FMJ bullet, which I have a manual for or if there are recommendations of powder charges for bulk bullets.

Measure the diameter of several to ensure they are .224" diameter.
Weigh several to ensure that they are 55grain.
Are these copper washed/plated or jacketed 55grain FMJ bullets?

If diameter & weight are consistent....load per your Hornady manual.

Bulk projectiles are other than off the shelf 50/100 count quantities, aka 500/1000/2000 etc.etc.

If you're using LC or Lapua brass, 20grs RE7 works great in an AR, a touch more for a bolt and/or different brass.

Okay I will measure the diameter and weigh them more thoroughly. From my initial just spot weighing a lot of them I noticed +/- .01 difference, would that be considered close enough?
