Recommendations for an iOS compatible chronograph

I'm in the market for a chronograph and imagine there must be a chrono that can be integrated with an ipad/iphone and/or a Macbook running ballistic software. I see that the Caldwell might do this, but was really hoping to get folks opinions. Are there US made options?

I have the Caldwell chrony and use the app that supports it. As far as accuracy goes I do not have anything to check it against but using its speed and a good ballistic calc has gotten me to 500yds very accurately with a 308 so I assume it is fairly accurate. As far as the app goes, IMHO a super great tool. Plug your phone in to the chrono and start shooting. Everything is recorded and saved in the app. It calculates group avg,min,max,stdev, and more for you and stores it. No more keeping up with printer sheets. Another thing I like about the Caldwell is everything comes with it. Tripod, LED shades and a bag to carry everything and it's priced well in my oppinion. Again I have not verified its accuracy(one of these days I will) but so far I'm impressed with this unit.

L1986, Thanks for the review of your Caldwell unit. The price is certainly attractive and it's integrated with iOS. I'm not sure where it's made, but assumed that it's an import. I'd love to hear the results if you were to calibrate it. Being a pig headed rust belter, I often wind up spending an inordinate amount of time trying to buy American and in the chronograph market there are still a few US players. As of yet it doesn't seem that anyof the U.S. companies offer integration with iOS or MAC OS devices. Cpl666k9's is supposed to get optional Bluetooth to iOS in early 2015.
