It might be made for a Cerus. I searched back thru my PMs but I gave up after 200 or so going back 3 years. It’s 2” wide and 5 1/4” tall.Cerus maybe
I have a bunch of Pachmeyer pads and I could try to grind one down but some have a steel insert that gets exposed if ground too much.KICK-EEZ makes a lot of grind to fit pads, I'm sure you can find one that's just oversized and then grind down.

Winner winner chicken dinner! I just sent them an email. After zooming in on some of their pictures, it does suspiciously look like they just ground down a Pachmeyer or such.Cerus maybe
I started searching through pictures and besides Cerus a ST1000 is the only option both are taller from peak down than they are up to comb.Winner winner chicken dinner! I just sent them an email. Damn that is a great idea!I have some pad that’s used in gyms to absorb the weights hitting the floors. If you can’t find what you need I’ll cut a piece and send it. About a 1/2” thick.

I’ll stir around when it gets light out and throw a couple of pics up. This stuff is dense, gives just a little, but you aren’t limited to what sizes are available.Damn that is a great idea!

Not only that, they have templates on the website that you can print out full size and paste to the back of your stock to check fit and order the correct size, or at least they used to.you know pachmayr makes the metal templates the size of the metal insert so a person knows how far they can grind
Looks like horse stall matting you can get at your local farm store. Murdocks, Tractor Supply ect.I’ll stir around when it gets light out and throw a couple of pics up. This stuff is dense, gives just a little, but you aren’t limited to what sizes are available.

I’ve never tried to polish this smooth, but don’t see why it wouldn’t work. The top side has a decent pattern. It has a little more give than a Model 70 XTR red pad. I repurpose stuff all the time…
I grind pads for shotguns and the key is to put them in the freezer! Once it’s frozen grinding is easy and there’s no tearing or ripping of the rubber .I’ll stir around when it gets light out and throw a couple of pics up.
