Recessed forend rail

I would like to put a recessed rail in the forend of my f open stock so it doesn't affect f open but i can throw a bipod on and shoot a mile match that requires a bipod. What are my options? Anschutz rifle do or did come with a recessed rail but im not having luck finding one.

Champions choice used to sell sections of the rail, don't know if they still do.

You could always put two recepticals into the forearm and attach a small pic rail.

Ir one receptical and add a machine screw sling swivel for the same effect.

Don't know if this is what you require but I attached a pic rail and use a quick detachable adapter for a Harris bipod.

You can buy a piece of t track if you want cheap but you can find the anschutz rail at champions choice.
If you have a wood stock, you can do it with a chisel or a router and a jig. If fiberglass, you will be better off with power tools or even better, a mill.
