I would still do a skim turn to knock off the high spots. Yes a PITA, but it was worth it for my VT.

Went surprisingly well, but will have to use a no turn neck reamer as it came out to .234" with a seated bullet unless I decide to turn the necks.

Toasty thats about What LC 223 brass comes out to, realize that thick of necks are really hard to get consistent and I would go any smaller than .003 clearance, again its my opinion.
Did pac nor tell you there reamer spec on there neck?
If I was a betting man its gonna be a .232 or .233 neck
