rear bag question

What is the best rear bag for a Tooley MBR stock ?? The current rear bag I have won't fit the MBR stock. What materials, length of ears, height of ears and bag ? This will be used for 600-1000yd shooting. I have seen the Dr bags and thinking that might be the route to take with cordora ears. What are most shooters using these days. It's been a while since I shot at Williamsport to check out the range gear.
Thanx again,
Dave

This is what I use.

I am using the mini gator with cordura ears and see that bag alot on the 600 bench line. I also have a protector for my boy and it works very well. Both have tall ears and seem to be a top choice by looking down the line. Mike

rmist,

If you want the MBR stock to ride on the threads you are going to have to have 3/4" between the ears. Edgewood still has this spacing and Protektor will custom make you one with any spacing you want as hedgehoghunter mentioned. I have three Shehane Tooley MBR tracker stocks, and shoot F-Class with them. You will be happy with either bag but my vote goes to Edgewood.
