For hunting, I'd stick with "no-turn" chambers. You can still turn the necks and improve your accuracy, but you also keep the option of shooting ammo without brass prep.
6mmBR.... .271 or .272
6XC... .276
6.5x55 swede ??
7mm-300wsm... .320
300 wsm... .343

I'm a little confused , your asking for reamer specs and you already have these rifles in the cal. Mentioned ? Do you plan on rebarrelling to the same calib?
If you plan on rebarrelling I would call Dave Kiff At PTG . He is great at getting your correct reamer for your application.
Also I would be concerned with the free bore .

I want to get reamers... reamers takes time to make/get.

The first is a 2506 tikka that I would like change to 6.5x55 Swede... way more bullets available in 6.5 than .257.

The 7-300wsm and/or 300 wsm is new rifles to be made.

The other rifles I have already but want reamers for when the barrels need replacement.

Thanks Scott!

I like to buy the brass, turn the necks to the desired/required thickness and then seat a bullet. Measure the round and add the desired neck clearance. This way, you can make sure it will all fit together as planned later.

My tightest neck has .001" clearance (a .30 BR benchrest rifle). This is too small for anything but benchrest, and might be too small for that. But I'm not really a benchrest shooter so I can't comment intelligently on the pros/cons of super tight clearances, other than that you must be very careful that all of the rounds actually fit without interference.

The sloppiest neck is about .0065" of clearance on a 6XC Barnard. Even with that, brass life is execellent so far. Haven't lost a case after 9 firings without annealing, and I expect that the primer pockets will go first, as they seem to be loosening up a tad.

For a competition type neck (high power/F class) .003-.004" is about ideal in my book. For a hunting rifle in a caliber that can be purchased off the shelf, I'd go with a no-turn neck just to make factory ammo an option.

Usually, a smith will have a reamer that will be close to what I need if not exactly. (That's why the 6XC is loser than I normally like - it was a reamer I didn't have to buy.)
