ok thanks all good information. lapua brass is hard to get .I have customer that use alpha and Lapua. Mine are all 272. Never had a problem. The alpha holds about a full grain less powder.

ok thanks.274 isn't a bad idea thanks . I'm also thinking of going 6 bra instead of the dasher. just easier!!If you don't want to turn necks I would err on the big side with the neck. An extra thou a side doesn't hurt anything and is good insurance. I run .274" in all my BR's.
is a 7.5 twist barrel ok for the 6 BRA i see lots of people running 8 twist? availability for the 7.5 twist is better.this is why i'm asking.ok thanks.274 isn't a bad idea thanks . I'm also thinking of going 6 bra instead of the dasher. just easier!!
Either is about the same if you use Alpha brass. The BRA is a bit easier is using Lapua. Also, Alpha has reamer specs. I believe their reamer is 274 neck for the BRA and Dasher no turn. I've fireformed Alpha Dasher brass in club matches with good results. I've also used Alpha BRA brass. Not sure why but my BRA has heavy bolt lift the first firing (even with reduced loads). Mine runs fine after that. I don't get the heavy bolt lift on the Dasher on the first firing and I run them at my normal load.ok thanks.274 isn't a bad idea thanks . ok thanksI just ordered a 7.5 twist Barlein LV profile and a Manson 0.272” neck BRA reamer with leade for 105’s … seems like a good idea to me.
ok thanks was looking for 6 BR lapua brassif you have a good supply of H4895 I'd go BRA, Dasher seems to like Varget more better.
you would think varget would work well in the BRA also ?ok thanks was looking for 6 BR lapua brass
ok your probably right you would know more about it than i do .you could give it a try but H4895 is the go to powder in BRA I've never tried Varget in BRA
