reamer size for custom dies?

Gentlemen,
I am new to reloading and have a basic question. I wanted to order an min spec, no turn reamer for 243 out of Lapua brass. While I was at it I wanted to have a second made to custom ream some dies. My question is this...what size will the neck be on the reamer for the dies? .003 smaller? More? Less? How do I know what size to have it made?
I appreciate all your advice.

For a ppc size case, I would suggest the resize reamer be ground .003 smaller than the chamber reamer at the web and .002 smaller at the shoulder. Should be close for the 243.
