WOW! Can't say enough good things about this company, last weekend I was cleaning one of my XDie's in 300RSAUM and lost the expander and decapping pin from this Die. I sent RCBS a email on their web site to order one and while I was at it thought I would replace the return spring on my Auto Prime Tool. RCBS replied to my email on SUNDAY!! Long story short they sent me a complete decapping assembly complete with lock nut the whole thing rod and all, and a new spring NO CHARGE ! got it today Saturday free, their shipping on package was over two dollars alone GREAT PEOPLE

PS Forgot to mention they also threw in 5 decapping pins

Ya, I had the same thing happen..I sent an email just to ask where or what to do with my broken decaper and expander and before I could exit my email after hitting send (it's in the mail)..Good service

I think RCBS has the best customer service I have come across in any field. It's been top shelf from my first dealings with them in the 60's and never faltered.

I definitely agree that RCBS is top notch. The thermostat gave out on my PRO-MELT. Called them. They sent replacement post haste. Broke the handle on my lubri-sizer and told them it was my fault and I wanted to pay for the replacement parts. No deal. Replaced the parts I broke. And, finally, my 1500 powder dispenser's electronics went hay wire. Called them and they replaced it even before my broken down one got to them. Do I buy RCBS? you betcha!

I have had a similar experience with them and mine was basically a set of custom dies for the cost of standard with all the fault on me! They are amazing! Very refreshing in todays business world.

RCBS is only one of a handful of companies that really understands customer service. 2 years ago I called them because my 25 year old powder measure hopper was cracked and I wanted a new hopper, this was a large hopper with a rotating baffle in it. The really nice lady said send it over to us and we'll take a look at it. Fully expecting to pay for a new hopper, the box comes back and they gave me a brand new measure! They are the best.

I had purchased a used Rock Chucker Supreme reloading kit and the hand prime was missing a couple of parts. Called them to order replacements and they insisted on shipping it to me no charge.

Great company and honestly worth the extra expense over cheaper brands.

bought a powder measure(RCBS) from a member here and it showed up with no hopper, called RCBS to order one and talked to a nice guy for a few minuets and he said he take care of it. three days latter it shows up-NO CHARGE!! A+++ for RCBS dogdude

I bought an RCBS vibratory case cleaner and after about 18 months it quit. I called and then returned it and they sent me a new case cleaner free of charge. That was in 1985, that case cleaner has cleaned 10,000 cases or more and has been used for untold hours for bullet coating. Amazing company that I reward with many purchases!

I haven't done it yet but my Chargemaster took a poop and I called them to see if they could fix it and was told to send it in with $45 and they would replace the whole thing. Who warranties their electronics like that??? This thing is probably 5-6 years old and has loaded THOUSANDS of rounds!
