RCBS MatchMaster seating die caliber inserts

As far as I can tell, the only caliber-specific part of the RCBS MatchMaster seating die is the bullet alignment sleeve, illustrated below. It is stamped with the caliber.

Can someone point me to where I can purchase additional sleeves for the other calibers I load?

Thanks.

+1 I would also like to know this. I have reached out to RCBS twice now but have never heard back. Looked on a few parts sites but have yet to find where i can buy spare ones.

I have the frankford arsenal universal seater and it works very well! I was just hoping to find a 22 cal sleeve to convert my 6mm dasher to 22 dahser.

The MatchMaster seating dies are the new version of the Competition seating die. Per RCBS, the new version does not allow for caliber change. For 22 caliber you will need to find one of the older Competition seating dies that will work with your case and convert the guts to 22 caliber. I have talked with RCBS about getting conversion seating sleeves and stems. They are saving the old style die parts for current owner die REPAIR only. You just need a good excuse about repairing your die. I did manage to get a replacement old style sleeve because I "lost" my existing one.

I think that the shaft that pushes the bullet down through that sleeve is also a different diameter on different calibers.
It may work in one direction, but not the other. What I mean is that if you have a .22 die and get the sleeve for 6mm or .30 cal, the .22 seater will still go through the die, but if you have the .308 die, that seater may not fit through the smaller size sleeves.

And as an aside, I thought the older Competition Seating Dies were far superior to the new Matchmaster dies.

I have been trying to find a 22 cal sleeve and 22 cal stem. I don't think they sell the parts so you have to buy the whole die. I guess I will stick with the Frankford Arsenal uni die.

I have the Competition Dies for .223 and for 7-08. My 7-08 dies are the ones that came in the wood box. I also bought the Matchmaster dies for 6mmARC.
The Competition Dies came with an extended shell holder that slid up inside the die, which meant that the seating stem was set higher, and allowed more of that "window" where you drop in your bullet to be usable. My 6mmARC die has to have the stem set so low that the bullets don't always drop onto the case, the stem gets in the way.
The older Competition Dies were also click adjustable. You didn't have to look at the scale, you could just turn the seating stem knob and count the clicks for how many thousandths you were adjusting it.

I run into that same problem with several cases I load. I wish they would make a shell holder for the MatchMaster dies that works like the one you described!!

They did make an extended shell holder that will work with the Grendel family of cartridges, I have one. But since the Matchmaster dies are set up differently, it still requires having that seating stem hang down into the window more.
Another reason why I like the Competition Dies much more.
