(To Clarify,plastic tube cut down) The clear plastic tube that the powder is poured into for dispensing has had half an inch in height removed, so if you fill it all the way to the top it holds about an ounce less of powder, nothing to do with functionality. if you look at the picture with the green top you can just see a little nick/burr where my blade got away for a second, thanks for looking
