WANTED RCBS Jr. Handle

Looks like I have totally misplaced the handle to this press. Do I have any recourse other than ordering a new handle? I'm thinking maybe a looong threaded bolt with the right pitch threads. Not looking to do much reloading, so anything that works will be fine. What is the thread pitch anyway? Thanks.
