RCBS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

It is about time to praise RCBS for their Customer Service. They have the best customer service of most of the reloading retailers. I have sent dies back top them for repair because of my own negligence and they replaced them with no charge, I have broken or loaned some dies to friends which came back with missing or broken pieces and they replaced them with no charge. I have asked, what I consider stupid questions when beginning loading, but they were happy to answer them to the point with no run around. In my opinion they have the best CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BUSINESS and most of their items are lifetime warranteed. So how can you beat that??

I've dealt with RCBS many times and they are great. I've found Hornady to be as helpful over the same time frame. Redding can be hot or cold and their tech guys tend to kind of act like they are better than the guy calling in on occasion. They definitely don't think outside the box. LOL

I also have had a great experience in dealing with rcbs, I don,t want to bash others, so I will keep it generic. The worst response to here is, "nobody has ever had that problem before " when I know good and well there are many others that have had the same problem. In this situation the internet can be helpful.

I'll second that, they certainly do have some outstanding customer service, a lot of companies could use a lesson from them!!

Totally agree. RCBS is the best customer service. Had to deal with them a few times over the past 30 years and every time it was fantastic.

Another shout out to RCBS. They replaced a small plastic part to my hand reloader. Had a new one in under a week.

I sent RCBS an email wanting a price on a new hopper for my powder measure, and they replied that they'd send me one. I offered to buy it, but they told me no problem.

I haven't dealt with Lyman lately but years ago I bought a reloading kit with a Spar-T press, but it had the wrong handle. I eventually realized that the press had a transitional linkage, so I called. The lady on the phone was very nice knew what I was talking about and sent me the correct handle.

Redding has left me with a bit of an attitude. Now their dies are expensive compared to RCBS but sometimes that's all there is for certain calibers. The dies are very nice indeed and I do not mind paying for them. But, as posted already I'm on the fence here. I had an issue with a rifle, and I'm going to do a thread about it, but I emailed Redding as it was their dies. They replied the first time but when I replied back, I never heard back from them.

I have nothing but good service from them, above in beyond in every regard. I still use a priming tool they haven’t made in decades and they still send me new parts at no charge every 10 years or so when the rods wear down too much. Excellent company, glad to see them get recognized for such.

Don’t know if another company that has excellent customer service for so many years.
My first purchase was about 1964
Never had many problems but when I did they solved it with superb service which in this day in age is rare.

Had one of their Techs stay on the line with me one day , for over 45 minutes , while trying to determine the age of my A-12 press , as I wanted to see if there were parts available for the Primer attachment . I could hear him pulling old books off the shelf and running pages . He found the right book , with the right stuff in it , and said , "Hang on". Several other books , and then computer keys . Came back on the line and said , "Yep"! We got em , and I'll get them out to you today . How much I asked ? Nothing was the answer . We think it's great that you guys still have our presses in use when they're that old . The list is short , but we all know those on it . Kelby , Whidden , R.C.B.S , and so very few others .
