Had a scare the other day with my PACT and thought I needed a new digital powder dinspencer. Thought about this one, as I cannot afford those expesive ones, how accuarate and reliable are they. Anything you want to sure from experience I'd love to hear, how does it compare with other RCBS on the incexpensive end

basically it is plus or minus 0.1...same as a basic beam..but...if it goes over 0.1 it shows on the screen, dump and try again. this is good enough for short range br with most powders. for long range with i use it to fill the pan on my fx120i and then adjust that load to plus 0/minus .02
all depends on type of shooting and accuracy required

Glad to hear you were taken care of in good time . I've been waiting for nearly a month now for a Primer feed Arm , that the Tech said was in stock , and they'd get right out to me . The original stainless spring broke on mine , for a A-12 Press , made back in the early sixties . Can't anybody make anything that lasts ? L.M.A.O. :D:D:D I can still use the original one on the press , but it's just a little slower , because the Arm doesn't come back out of the Ram on it's own . Guess I'll have to give them a call Monday and find out what's up . Normally their customer service has been really good .

I have a used Junior press I bought off Ebay that came with the threads stripped out. I could have welded it in, brazed it in, or glued it in and been fine. I emailed RCBS - they said they didn't make it any more and didn't have the necessary block the handle threaded into. So, the said send it to them and at no charge, the re-threaded it and fitted a new handle.

A couple of months ago, I went to their website to order a shell holder and some other items. But my browser wouldn't work with their site. So I emailed them just so they would know there was a problem and said I was trying to order a shell holder for .22 Hornet. The next morning I had an email saying they were sorry about the problem I had, so they were dropping me a shell holder in the mail - no charge.

So, whenever I get a chance to plug their service - I do. I gotta pay for that handle and shell holder somehow. and paying with compliments is pretty easy.
