Call RCBS they will either mail you the directions or email them to you. That is the way I got mine. It is a free service. Tommy Mc. Too much info for this old man to send you. Sorry.The best way is RCBS.

I use their suggested settings as guidelines; depending on the powder and charge you use, you may need to tweak things.

Yep - me too. I found that their recommendation was a good starting point. Once you understand what you're adjusting, you can tweak the final two settings for a great combination of speed and accuracy. I cut my throw time down by about 1/3.
