RCBS Chargemaster problem

Hi, looking for some urgent help with my RCBS Chargemaster please.
When I switch it on instead of the code 99999 which should then zero, if have the code 02009, and a frozen display. Switching the machine off makes no difference, the machine is level, and never been used although 2 years old!!

Cannot get through to RCBS until Tuesday, but this code has come up with a couple of people on different forums, but no real answers posted.

Can anyone help me please.

Try holding the "cancel" key down for a few seconds. If this doesn't unlock the machine, RCBS is your only answer.

Had trouble with mine a couple weeks back and talked to RCBS and they told me to send it back with a discription of my troubles and $45.00 and they would replace it with a new one. Did that and in about two weeks I had a new one at the door. Mine was about 4 years old, cant beat that IMO.
