New in box. What would the issue with warranty be?

It's a one year warranty. I guess I could see where that may cause some heartburn, but I took a chance on it for $199 at Cabelas a couple weeks ago.

The issue was that mine got all hinky, not rezeroing, drifting, etc. after 16 months. They told me in nice words that I was SOL, which i would have been had Brownells not honored its return policy.
