RCBS bench mounted primer pocket swagging tool

Are you talking about the dedicated tool or the die set that uses a conventional press? I have used the swaging diet set in a regular press, and it works well but is not very fast.

Merry Christmas Wayne,
I have one....whats your question? and OBTW I am NOT personally attached to it, would easily fir in a flatrate box. I mounted mine to a small piece of plywood so I could c clamp it wherever I wanted to.
Holiday cheers,
Doc

Doc,
Merry Christmas to you and yours
I'm talking about the bench mounted one, I was wondering if it could be mounted on a 30" 2 x 6 and be operated sitting in my lap while I'm in my over sized recliner watching ball games ?? but the reports I've gotten is that to swage even LC 223 cases requires enough force that the board or tool it's self needs to be firmly secured. Guess I'll just stay with my drill and chamfering tool

I definitely concur with that assessment....it works well but needs to be secured well to something, maybe the bar in the rec room or the picnic table by the bbq pit but I don't think the recliner will be the right fit.
cheers
doc
