Ray-vin scope stand

looking at the Ray-vin scope stand any comments on this brand good bad etc. or other mono pole models you would suggest.

Thanks

I have a Ray-vin and like it. You should also take a look at the Gearbuggy stand. It normally comes with a 1 1/8” pole, which makes it very robust. It also can be had with a 1” pole, if you already have a 1” scope head.
You really can’t go wrong with either one.

Ray-Vin, Gearbuggy and Giraud are top notch. I have a Giraud with 1" tube...I really like the scope mount adjustment.

I have a ray-vin. It's well-made, and works. I like the ball head tensioning adjustment.
In the prone position, the outrigger attachment is a must.
You also need to be deliberate with the placement of the legs to avoid interference with your position.

If I use it in the standing or seated position, I find it a little lacking.
The scope want to wobble a little, and I'm always trying to steady it.

Mine is older, so there may have been changes.

Addendum... As Joe mentioned, if using while shooting prone get an outrigger mount. I have the Ray-Vin outrigger on my Giraud stand.
