Range today

I've been friends with the owner of my range for over 20 years. Today i went and shot my f class 50/100 120 shot match and actually did pretty good till the mist in the air turned to rain for about the last 40 shots at 100 yard. So i finished and packed up my stuff and drove up to the owners house on site. He invited me in and we went down to the basement to bs a while. He gave me 40+ cci SGB that he swears are great bullets and over 20 years old with a 4.29 price tag still on them. Then he pulled out a nice custom ruger 10/22 with a old tasco 6-24×40ish scope on it. I look it over and he says ive never shot it qhy dont you take it and shoot it a bit , let me know how it does. Love my range time and the great time with great people and in my case the range owner.

I went and shot a indoor br match with his rigle today. I only had norma match and cci sv it prefers the cci over the norma but i still couldnt get moa accuracy. Shot a 171-1× took him the targets and rifle back.
