Range Certification for F class competion in the U.S.

Hey guys,
I am interested in getting my local gun club (Palmetto Gun Club) certified for 600yd, 800yd and eventually 1000yd matches. I have obligated myself to do the leg work and need to get the proper organizational contacts.
For now we are limited to 1,2,3,6,&800yds. And are actively planning to expand to 1000yds.
Any help well be apreciated.
thanks.

I'd think a good place to begin your efforts would be at:

http://www.nrahq.org/compete/directory.asp

Beyond that you'd best get in touch with someone like Earl Liebetrau at Winnequah Gun Club near Lodi, WI.

http://www.wingunclub.org/contacts.html

That was the location for the first National F-Class Championship a few years ago & it returns to than venue for 2011 at the end of this month.

(If you can see your way to adding a firing line for 900 yards you'll be able to shoot Palma events also, increasing your competitor base....)
