Range cart for Berger SWN???

Would a range cart be advisable for getting gear to the line from my vehicle at Ben Avery during the BSWN's. I am contemplating a Creedmoor sports cart that will be suitable for air travel. Opinions please.

I wouldn’t buy one just for the SWN, especially if you are flying. Of the 5 shooting days, 1 is spent all at 600 yards, and 2 are spent all at 1000, so it’s not like Camp Perry where you will be humping gear all over creation. You can park at all yard lines (at least you could in past years) and you have plenty of time, so even on the Palma days where you shoot 800, 900, and 1000 it’s not a big deal.

The only Creedmoor carts that I know of are pretty big and heavy, I definitely wouldn’t want to pay what it would cost to check one as baggage.

Might want to take a look at the various sized Pelican cases that you can buy and put your own foam/compartments inside. They can also be put on aircraft, are air tight and have extendable pull handles, lockable and have wheels to roll. I've seen them used at Ben Avery and I have and used one for my rest and other misc equipment. They are rugged, handy and do weigh a bit on the heavy side. But they will protect your equipment.

$60.00 for the Sports Cart at the Dick's sporting goods 3 exits down the freeway. Several shooters picked one up as it makes it much easier on the line to move your gear from your car (or from the campground).
