Most of the load data I see doesn't fit my rifles, my AR builds are 18'' 1&8 223Wylde chambered rifles, I want to use TAC with 55gn FMJ's because I have lots of both! I'm trying to get the most out of the powder safely! I tried 24.5gns and IMO it is a bit slow, 2880's I don't want to waste components or go overboard with too much powder, anybody got good data for this combo?

26 worked with my 55 gr HFMJ.
I’ve ran that load in Hornandy and federal cases without issues as well
Pockets were alive after a few loadings.

Ram Shot load data is published for both .223 Rem pressure and 5.56 NATO pressure. I'd look there first.
lol i think top brass is a brass company. use to be a big once fired brass seller. but was sold and tried being a retail company. i think it has not gone well. answer..i have no clue
I purchased a 1k pieces about 12yrs ago and I have used less then a 100, These were new cases, if memory serves me correctly, I think I found 1 of the cases that had a Hornady head stamp on it? but all the brass was new brass!! the brass I have fired were use about 4x in a bolt gun, now wanting to use this brass in my AR's the untouched cases, I sorted them by weight yrs ago and never use them, so they are Virgin brass,
Some made it to my neck of the woods (the UK) a good few years back in both 223 and 308. They were all 7.62/5.56 recovered cases. IIRC, the 5.56 50-pack I got had some 45 LC with various year headstamps, 1 Canadian IVI, 3 Taiwanese TAAs, and 1 WCC. All NATO compliant with the circled cross stamp.

It's the chamber, not the brass that you need to consider about safety. [Brass that's sold as '556' can mean the brass in the case head is harder, but that's just so the primer pockets last longer; not a safety issue.]

Have you tried the Sierra load data for AR's? That is usually where I start.

I found TAC works best near the upper range of pressure. Cleans up a lot.
I have looked at all kinds of book data, Sierra, Hornady, Western Powders 8EDI manuals + what I have read online, I have not found much data on the 223Wylde 18'' 1&8 twist barrels, I chose these chambers because I have a lot of 223 and 5.56 brass, I'm also somewhat new to the AR plat form, being a southpaw shooter I have never had any interest in AR rifles, I'm a AK guy, or M1A, guy, but when I saw the Sanders and Bear Creek Right side changing uppers on the market a few yrs ago I thought I'd give them a spin! and now I'm Hooked! I've also been picking up range brass for the 5.56 and 223rem for about 15yrs! and have thousands of pieces of brass, free money just lying on the ground! I also over the past few years have purchased about 20k CCI #41 primers and 20lbs of TAC so I'm ready to start loading, the only loading I have done for the 223rem is from my 26''HB bolt rifle and I have not shot that rifle in about 10yrs or longer!
