What has been y'all's overall experience with Ramshot powders ?

Acceptable
Some applications OK, but others not so good

Been having problems with Ramshot Tac creating excessive chamber and barrel heat within 8 rounds. Havent had these problems with the Hodgeden line. Benchmark & Varget

Very happy with Hunter in my 260AI. So far thats all I've used.
Can't find it locally, have to mail order.

Magnum, Hunter, X-terminal, and Big Game have been wonderful for me.

The TAC I have,a couple of years old) is one of the few powders that will get me mil-spec velocities from a .223 without problems.

I use Hunter in my 6XC. Great practice and short course powder. meters great.

I use them both in 6.5x55mm with 140gr class bullets out to 500m.
