What are you asking? Not sure I understand the question. There are duplicates such as A-2230 is the same as Ramshot Xterminator and A-2520 is the same as Ramshot Wild Boar (not sold in US).I I'm curious, I've noticed though this whole shortage deal, if their powder in stock it seem there's always going to be a few different kinda of ramshot or accurate Powders. Like extremely regularly.anyone happen to know why that is ?
^^^^^^ this is my thought also.I think one of the reasons is a lot of their powders are ball powders and other company’s ball powder are sitting on the shelves to, I.E. superformance, StaBALL 6.5, and lot of other Winchesters.
Most of what is on the shelves is what has made it thru shippingWell I asking why is ramshot and accurate Powders so much more prevalent compared to other powders ? Like if theirs powder in stock it seems like a good portion of it now days will be either accurate or ramshot brand
3031 isn’t talked about much anymore but I’ve used a lot of it in my .243 winchesters and I’m my 6mm Remington with great results. I haven’t seen any on the shelves in a long long time, idk what your planning to run it in but I bet you like it, I have north of 15 lbs I am guessing should be plenty to finish out my barrelsThe other day I loaded up some 168amax in my 30-06. Had a half can of 10 yr old Ramshot Big Game. Said what the heck, i'll save my H4350 for later. After I figured out the load I was able to hide 5 shots behind a dime at 100. Velocity was good. I needed some H335, my old 223 go to, but couldnt find. Local gun shop had a couple of can of obsolete H322 gathering dust. Best 5 shot group was .13 with that stuff. Now I am playing with 3031.
used it in 223 ar with 70gr sp for brush deer load and shot tight. Used it in my 30-06 with 125gr plinkers and did well too. it was half the price of other powders on shelf so why not!3031 isn’t talked about much anymore but I’ve used a lot of it in my .243 winchesters and I’m my 6mm Remington with great results. Not a ball powder fan Dusty or just Ramshot?Likely the people leaving ramshot powders on the shelf have tried them before.

My 243 loves 3031 with the 100 interlock. with groups of .1 and very consistent. My 250AI shot well with it also. It is a very under rated powder and very versatile IMO. As already said, Ramshot was never all that popular and is made by PB Clermont in Belgium and all spherical powders. They are excellent powders and Ive had excellent accuracy with both Big Game and Hunter in several rifles. Accurate powders are hit and miss with the GD powders being spotty and the spherical powders made for them by PBC being as plentiful as the Ramshot powders and the St Marks powders are showing up more often.3031 isn’t talked about much anymore but I’ve used a lot of it in my .243 winchesters and I’m my 6mm Remington with great results.
