They're getting cheaper and cheaper. I think there are some as cheap as 1500 bucks that will work on stainless

That's doable, Then comes the learning curve.

I have a love/hate relationship with any white-line spacer, lol! I guess it stems from all the old stocks I've gotten over the years and every single one has been stained from stock finish, shunken and shriveled, brittle and just looks likes hell!

I decided to not grind the recoil pad side of mine, lol! Medium limbsaver fits close enough.

Yeah, that's what I got and it was a great fit. The stock side is the one that's hard to get "just right"
