Haven't shot a suppressed pistol. Hard to guess between 22lr and the Barnes bullet, the 165(TTSX) is pretty quiet out of my 30T. I will go with the Barnes.

Are you asking about the actual crack?
Or the quietest bullet in flight?
Even pitch of the tone

I know this will be in the video, but how far from the muzzle will make a difference, would that be a spoiler to answer?

Look forward to the video

Yes, The peak pressure wave from the bullet sonic boom, without interference from the muzzle blast. We measured the peak dB before the bullets enter transonic flight downrange

When I called thunder beast about this exact question, they stated that a bullet with a slimmer profile will have less crack. And that the speed of the bullet determines the pitch of the crack and the profile of the bullet determines the db of the crack.

Not sure if this is true or not but this is what they told me their test revealed.

If this was something posted somewhere like Utreon, or another firearm friendly site, I might watch it. But I will not be watching it on Youtube because their practices with firearm related videos and the PIA of having advertisements popup at various times in the video.

I'm rolling with what CE Smith 043 said.

That's why we also post on Rumble, which at the moment is firearm friendly
