Can someone who has QL run some numbers for me and where I should start with RL19 in my 284 Shehane in a 30" barrel? I was thinking to start at 56.0 but I rather ask for some help rather than trash some cases like I did with my RL17 trial.

I'm running the 180 hybrids and currently my velocity is 2868 fps.

RL19 180 Hybrid

51.0= 2751 fps 52541 psi

54.3= 2910 fps 63851 psi

56.0= 2990 fps 70630 psi

I wouldn't start at 56.0

Thanks I loaded 4 up at 54 grains and will see what velocity is.

I definitely have a slow barrel 54 grains velocity was 2720 and 55 grains its 2780 fps

I had very good luck with RL-17 in my 30" 284 WIN with both
180 hybrids and 162 A-MAX.

Start around 52-54 gr.
