QuickLoad Burn Rate Factor for H4895

My dad and I both have different burn rate values, actually all the powder characteristics are significantly different for H4895, even though we are both using V3.5. I'm hoping someone can take a look to verify this data for me and let me know what they have.

Heat of Explosion/Potential = 3830
Ratio of Specific Heats = 1.2290
Burn Rate Factor = .6286
a0 = .1636
z1 = .542
b = 1.5418
Propellant Density = 1.620

Ratio of Specific Heats = 1.2342
Burn Rate Factor = 0.5571
a0 = 1.4705
z1 = 0.379
b = 1.5836
Propellant Density = 1.620

Hmmm. Pretty significant difference there. My powder file shows it is from 2009.
