Questions about sizing die cut with chamber reamer.

If I have a die cut with the same reamer that reamed my barrel and size a fired case with that die how would the case fit the chamber ? Seems to me like it would be size on size. Do you size the case then use a bushing die to reduce the neck by say .001”? Trying to minimize working the brass and get consistent neck tension.

A sizing die cut with a reamer that was used to cut your chamber will not size your brass. You need a resize reamer to cut a sizing die and reduce the fired brass dimensions.

A chambering reamer can be used to cut a seater die!

It won’t work.
and keep in mind, sizing dies are also case hardened, which greatly enhances their function.

a roughing reamer is not a sizing reamer. they are 2 totally different things

You can make seating dies with a chamber reamer but not sizing dies..
