Questions about my new NEO X

Still sorting out my new NEO X rest. It replaced my Sinclair tarted out front.
Not all that happy with how it tracks, probably my learning curve.
I filled the front 2 piece bags with heavy sand. It is packed rather hard.
Looking for insight and opinions from other NEO X users
Rear bag is a Protecktor Milford style.
Last shoot I experienced some vertical stringing.
17- pound light gun 6MM dasher.
What say ye.

It’s your bag set up. Dump the heavy sand and try regular play sand. Don’t pack them super tight. The two piece bags are convenient but do not track or handle the same as a single bag. They are more difficult to get set up for sure.

^^^^ This
You don't want heavy sand or packed in your front bag, thats where your
vertical is coming from.
Make sure your rifle is tracking smoothly also.
If it feels like it's hanging up from the rear bag, also a no no.
If the front of your rifle wants to move faster than the back, the front will rise.
Has no where else to go.
