Anyone know somebody that can skip flute a 40" barrel?

Don't know what specific pattern "skip" fluting is to which you're referring, but Chad Dixon comes to mind.

Might check with Greg Young at bug holes. I don’t know if he can do 40” but they cut a bunch of barrels.

Yea unless something has changed at Hart they make max 30" barrels and I would assume that's what they're set up to handle.
