I have a Ruger 10-22 that I put together that has a Lilja bull barrel, Kidd single stage trigger at about 1.5 lb. Kidd bolt buffer with a Kidd magazine release set in a Ruger factory curly maple stock that has been free floated. It has been to the Lapua test center in Mesa, AZ and found a lot # of Center-x that it likes and shoots lights out. It now supports a Vortex Viper PST Gen ll 3-15x44 FFP EBR-2C MRAD

My question will there be any advantage to up grading the Ruger factory bolt at this point?

I would send it to Randy at CPC to rework the factory bolt. he would headspace it for 0.043 and pin the firing pin. this will help with ignition and add to accuracy.

I have, a Ruger 10-22, much like yours but with the longer, wood Sporter stock, Glass Bedded the action / GRX "recoil Lug", and 2" of, the bbl's "Shank" portion then, "free floated" the balance of, barrel ! New Green Mountain barrel 20" sporter weight and It shoots AWESOME ( Ammo dependent as any, .22 LR, would be ) and I have NO thoughts of, surface grinding, MY factory Bolts "Face", anymore. Am now, getting groups in the 2's to 4's with, SK+ and Wolf Match extra ! Personally, I'm NOT gonna do it and I seriously DOUBT that, you'd gain much, either. But, you,.. "might" ! I'm HAPPY and DONE working on it ! Sage Rats, NOT so ,.. HAPPY !

My "thoughts",. exactly and why, I didn't go any further on, MY Ruger,.. "build" !
Rest of, my $$$'s go into,.. Match type, Ammo,..
And TEST shooting ( looking for ) the very best, HP, small Game / varmint, ammo to 100 Yards !

However, I would be spending Money on, building up your, "Cheek Weld" with, a higher Comb height of, some kind.
I'm currently using, a Beartooth Products, foam rubber type, pull on with, Foam spacers to, get repeatable POI, Groups, thru my 4.5x 14 scope.
It does cover, a lot of, the NICE Wood, tho ! There are others like, the Victor Titan universal cheek spacers that, "look" a bit, better,.. IMO

I went through the "1022 upgrade" several years back. I too ended up with the Lilja bull barrel. Sweet! I'd keep the stock you have and do a skim bed on it. You have covered all the other bases. I'd not expect to see much of a change in the bolt, though I did replace mine- just because....
