Question on Uniflow

I have a large capacity hopper on a quick change Uniflow by RCBS. Hopper probably hold a pound of powder with no problem. Question is: Is the hopper press fitted to the base? I can't remove it and it won't even wiggle.

Never mind...manual said in one tiny sentence to NOT attempt to remove Hopper. So going with not removable. Good thing this one has a powder dump feature.
