Question on Bushings for .308

Yes 2.005 sorry did not catch that typo.

All I can add is I had 17 rounds loaded that would not chamber from the first day discovering this phenomena. I took them out of the bag pulled each bullet dumped the powder chamfered inside and out and reloaded as before and now they chamber fine????? While I have been reloading for many years I have never fooled with a bushing die or a tight -necked chamber until this gun came along so I am learning as I go.

Clear as mud right!

I'm assuming you mean case length measured 2.005"? Not 2.05!!

I hope more experienced reloaders will see this and chime in. I still don't see how not chamferring/deburr the case would be causing the reloaded cases to come out .003" larger when trying to chamber ???

Understand that only the very end of the case is measuring .003 larger.... if you move down the case just a slight amount it measures .337 as before. I guess almost like a flared mouth of a pistol case but barely discernible to my eyes.
