How do you deal with compressed loads in seating the long bullets to magazine length?

Personally, I just crunch away!

One of the best loads out there for 223 and 52gr bullets is to load the case up level to the mouth with Varget and stuff the 52 on top.

The easy button is 24 grains of varget for 77 and 80’s. I don’t care for varget because it is slow. But shoots great.

I went distinguished with a ball powder from the thrower and N140 tippped matchking 77’s for 600.

I've always had very good results using TAC and now 2000MR powder. Meters like a dream, dead on every time in a progressive reloader and no crunch seating 77's at mag length.
