Question for F/TR experts: which TR and throat?

As I'm chambering/rebarreling (.308) a Kelbly 1m stock/Panda F Class action, I wish having a flexible barrel specs for shooting bullets starting from 185 Jugs up to 215 Hybrids.

I'm asking to experts about its proper TR and throat: 1/9 and .250 would be enough flexible?
