Question For All You 3-D Printer Guys

I know there are a LOT of 3-D print parts available, but does anybody know if replacement gears are available (Or even possible) for a Hornady Lock-N-Load Case Prep Trio . Picture below. They just push on and off over knurled shaft. I sent Hornady an email, but figured it may be quicker if available from somewhere else. Thanks in advance for any and all input

The plastics for printed materials have come a long way, and some gears run with forces low enough to be printed. However... Caveat Emptor

Agree Completely my Friend. I don't have a clue. I have two of the three that came on it split now. With very little use. That being said it sure is nice when it is working

I don't own that tool, but I just looked it up and I think what you are showing is the output shafts where you place your prep tools? If that is what they used in those places, I am worried.

Polymer gears solve lots of problems, but when you put them in places where the material properties mean the design margins are too low, then they create a problem rather than solve one.

Hornady will rescue you is my guess, but I hope this isn't chronic.

Contains both the main and tool gears - take it to a printing shop and ask to have it printed with Nylon or perhaps another new composite type that also includes carbon fibre

Hornady Saves the day . Complete set of gears (only needed two) and drive shafts headed my way. Nice Gentleman said would go out today. No Charge. Can't beat that kind of service
