Question about TDS OnTarget Software

I’m new to the software and was wondering something about the program. Under the shot number, you enter the velocity for each of your shots. Does the software calculate SD and ES from that velocity data somewhere in the program, or is it just record keeping, so to speak, for the shot.

I have an excel program that does all the calculations, but I was just wondering, since you are inputting the data, if this program did it also.

I cannot answer your question as I haven't used OnTarget TDS. However I have used OnTarget Precision Calculator for many years. I find the creator always very helpful in any support needs I have had. So you might start by asking him (he has the "contact us" as well as listing his phone number.

I don't really like having to enter my chrono numbers into some other program. But since I shoot round robin a good bit of the time, I accept it. What I do really like when using GRT is by entering my velocities into the program, it not only provides my ES and SD numbers, but it also adjusts the burn rate of the powder based on my results and generates the node adjustments for me.
