Question about a Harrell's powder measure

I bought a Harrell's Custom 90 measure a while back off of the forum. It didn't come with a powder baffle and I assume it had one, at one time. Anyway, can somebody measure the hole in their baffle and let me know what it should be, so I can make one. Thanks,

I tested my measure when I got it, and found that I got better results without the baffle. On a related matter, I have spent considerable time learning how best to throw powder with mine. What powder(s) are you throwing?
