Question about 222x39 barrel

Bought an XP100 recently. It was sold from an estate and the guy listed it as a 221 Fireball with a .245 neck. I took the action out of the stock and it is marked .222x39 and .245 neck. I am thinking this is either a 22PPC or 220 Russian. What do you guys think, also it is either a Shilen or Lilja barrel, I can't remember). Thanks

I would do a chamber cast and go from there

If the guy said it's on a .221 case, it may well be. The boltface size will tell you what it can/can't be. Doing a chamber cast is also a good idea.
