QSC HIGH POWER RIFLE WEEKEND

- Team Midrange Prone 180 AGG (1200)
August 29 - Individual Long Range Palma 450 AGG (0800)
CLASSIFICATION: NRA Classification System
ENTRY FEE:
Mid Range Individual - $35.00 ($30 for QSC Members)
Mid Range Team - $40.00 (per team)
Palma Individual - $35.00 ($30 for QSC Members)
(The entry fees include NRA fee of $5.50 & Quantico range fee of $6.00)
ENTRIES:
The tournament statistics table is located at the parking area adjacent to the
1000yd line on Range 4. On match days beginning at 0700hrs all registration,
squadding and other paper work will be conducted at the statistics table.
Pre-Registration is encouraged. Email the following information to Lorne Cooper at:

NRA #, Full Name, Address and Matches you will be shooting in. For each match
please indicate Category, Classification and Rifle Type. Same applies for team
matches, Include Team Name and above info for each team member.
AWARDS:
Awards and/or NRA Points will be given each classification in each
match based on five competitors per classification. Competitors will be
combined in the next higher classification until there are five competitors
for an award.
BULLETINS:
Final Match Bulletins will be posted to the QSC website:
www.quanticoshootingclub.com.
RULES:
The NRA High Power Rule Book will govern the NRA individual and
team competitions
FIRING TIME:
All competitors must attend the safety brief on the 300 yd line or in the
pits at 0730. Failure to attend the safety brief will disqualify you for that
competition. Relay 1 will commence firing at 0800.
NOTE:
Target pullers are required for all NRA matches, QSC will attempt to
have target pullers available. It is the shooters responsibility to arrange
for target pullers.
RIFLE:
As defined in the NRA High Power Rule Book for High Power and F
Class
EQUIPMENT:
Each competitor will furnish his/her own equipment & ammunition, and
shall be responsible for its safekeeping.
These are NRA Registered Matches. NRA membership is not required to
compete in any match but is highly encouraged.
COURSE OF FIRE:
NRA MATCH 1:
Prone 300 yds Individual
15 shots for record with 2 non-convertible sighter shots in a time
limit of 17 minutes.
Targets will be MR63 for High Power prone and
MR63 with 300 yard F-class centers for F-class prone.
NRA MATCH 2:
4 Man Team HP & F Class Midrange Prone Course
45 shots per team member in 3 Stages:
Stage 1 - 15 shots per team member with 2 non-convertible
sighters at 300 yards in 37 minutes per 2 man relay.
Target: MR63 and MR63w/FC TGT
Stage 2 - 15 shots per team member with 2 non-convertible
sighters at 500 yards in 37 minutes per 2 man relay.
Target: MR65 and MR65w/FC TGT
Stage 3 - 15 shots per team member with 2 non-convertible
sighters at 600 yards in 37 minutes per 2 man relay.
Target: MR1 and MR1w/1FC TGT
NRA MATCH 3:
Long Range Individual Palma 450 AGG
45 shots for record in 3 Stages:
Stage 1 - 15 shots with unlimited non-convertible
sighters at 800 yards in 22 minutes.
Stage 2 - 15 shots with 2 non-convertible
sighters at 900 yards in 22 minutes.
Stage 3 - 15 shots with 2 non-convertible
sighters at 1000 yards in 22 minutes.
Target: LR Target/(LRFC for F-Class)
